One of the many things we are truly passionate about is travelling. Just recently we were privileged enough to be able to visit the Land Down Under: Queensland, Australia. Specifically, the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Here is a Photo-story of the much anticipated trip.  

BRISBANE

We were dumbfounded by the enormous infrastructure of this city. We felt like drowning amid the skyscrapers. We started at the South Bank area which is like  park with a beach.We had a stroll via the Victoria bridge towards the city proper. You are most likely to pass through their historical and cultural spots this way. We did a bit of shopping at the Queen Street Mall which was just massive! We took the infamous River Cruise via City Cat Ferry. Tip: Get a Go Card for cheaper fare rates. We had dinner at Bavarian Bier Cafe. One of the many famous restaurants in Eagle Street Pier, Riverside. Tip: When deciding where to eat, check out the place with a lot of people. Never fails. =) Had some chill time at Max Brenner’s Chocolate Shop indulging in their oohhh-lah-lah desserts. Here, we met Yvonne, one of our classmates at Uni. It was a very last minute meet up and was quite unplanned. But as they say, when there’s a will there’s a way. So happy to have caught up with her. We then took the train back to Gold Coast.
